Proud to Serve

Hiring and supporting veterans and military family members is part of who we are. U.S. Bank employees lead the way when it comes to growing their careers and giving back. One of the ways our employees do this is through the Proud to Serve business resource group. This national, employee-led business resource group supports veterans and military families within U.S. Bank and in the communities we serve. Members include veterans, military family members and employees who want to get involved. Their collaboration informs company-wide policies and programs, influences the products and services we offer customers, and creates meaningful networking and volunteer opportunities. Through our H.O.M.E. (Housing Opportunities after Military Engagement) program, we donate bank-owned homes to military service organizations, which in turn renovate them and donate them mortgage-free to wounded veterans and their families..

Throughout your U.S. Bank career, you can rely on our military-friendly culture to help you balance your commitments and focus on your success.
